| You are unintentionally grounding the injector causing it to stay open? I've put dielectric grease on injectors before and actually recommend doing so to reduce corrosion. What I would do is find out which cylinder(s) hydrolocked and focus on what might be happening with that injector. Be patient, I know it can be really hard sometimes. Just don't give up. You're almost done. Once you know what cylinders are leaking, you will probably need to pull those injectors again. Inspecting the injector rails, inspecting the O-rings(again). I'm sure you've done this all before over and over and over. Another option would be, pull the plenum, pull the injector rail, pressurize it off the engine and see what is leaking. I believe I read you've done this before, but something isn't right obviously.. If you suspect a faulty injector (I'm assuming you've already ohmed them all) you can always take them to an injector supply store and have them tested in the fuel rail. How are you going about seating these orings? did you lube them up before installing in the rail? Vasaline will work great for this and reduce the risk of pinching an oring. I'm sorry if I am rehashing a bunch of stuff you've already done, I can't recall your last few posts and I'm trying to cover all grounds here.
